I see that the use of these cars did not end in 1916. As a matter of fact,
the section on Austin cars shows one nearly identical to the armored car

and line drawings of each vehicle! Russian soldiers are in nearly every
picture so you get a really good idea as to their uniforms in WWI (very

historical look at the Russian Navy. What this book lacks in detail, it
makes up for in the quality of the color engravings on every other page.

R58. Russian Dog Tags
- These are the Russian version of America's dog tags, however, in
typical Russian fashion, they are about three times as thick as the U.S.
versions (but same shape, length & width). They are sorted by service
and I have in stock the ones for the Russian Armed Forces (Army), Russian
Navy, and the Spetsnaz. On the back of each tag is room to have your first,
middle, and last name engraved. Russians wear their blood type as part
of their uniform and of course, religious preference is never considered...
Each tag is $3, but they can only be purchased in conjunction with something
else.
R59. Russian Uniform Ties
- These ties have the service emblem embroidered in full color in the
middle of the tie and at the bottom, they have "??????" (Russia). Very
nice work and they also have the "cheater" band - a strap and clip that
fits under your collar so you don't have to tie these. I have the Russian
Navy and Russian Army in Stock. The ties are both black with full color
embroidery. Great gift idea for anyone who has to wear a tie to work (these
are not gaudy). $8.

having 72 glossy pages with over 150 b/w photographs. A number of graphs
within provide all the technical information needed. This translation will
not be long in coming, although all the picture captions are already in
English & Russian. $15

- Hard cover, approx 200 pages, published by Tekhnika Molodezhi.
This book is an incredible work on an obscure and little known topic. The
first 100 pages are almost completely Russian text, but a significant amount
of this information will be translated. Then the next 100 pages is taken
up with line drawings, charts, color drawings, and a huge number of b/w
photographs. This is a must have book for all RCW historians. $16

Series. This work details the preparations and improvements on Soviet-made
medium tanks during the 17 year period between the RCW and the Great War

pages. A rare subject and this covers it pretty well - I believe all the

this is a compilation of color photographs with textual information on
weapons systems from the early Russian days thru WWII. The 167 pages of
glossy color show mostly Russian weapons, but also cover other countries.
Each picture has a full textual description with it and the entire book
is dual text - both English & Russian. It shows carbines, pistols,
flintlocks, machineguns, sabres, etc. It skips around, but the pictures
are incredible and the price is right! $8
